How do I book my ride?
You can book your ride online in the form provided in the website or clicking here. We encourage you to fill out the form and complete the payment to secure your reservation. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee our service for you.
How much does shuttle service cost?
Our airport fares are based on the distance you are traveling to or from, and the number of people traveling in your party.
How do I pay for shuttle service?
All web bookings require a credit card payment and are charged at the time of online booking through PayPal where you will be redirected to complete your purchase. Please note that PayPal accepts all major credit cards and is a safety website for your payment. Gratuities are not included in our fares.
How do I tip my driver?
You can add a gratuity for your driver at the time of service. A tip for a job well-done is optional, and is greatly appreciated.
Do you charge for extra stops on your private services?
If they are in our route we don’t charge any extra fee. However, if we have to move to opposites directions we charge an extra. You can consult it by clicking here
How much luggage can I bring on?
Baggage is limited to two standard-sized checked pieces of luggage (each piece not to exceed 70 pounds and/or 62 inches total dimensions) and two carry-ons (not to exceed 45 inches total dimensions) per fare-paying guest. Additional luggage or over-sized pieces may be subject to an extra seat charge. Please provide an accurate baggage count when booking your ride.

We encourage our customers to set their reservations ahead on time to avoid any delay or inconvenient.
How do I change or cancel my trip?
On our website, go to Contact us or email us at reservations@cuscoairportshuttle.com . Please reference your confirmation number.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before confirmed pick-up date and time will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
What if I get to the airport too late and miss my flight?
We set your pick-up time to get you to the airport 90 minutes before your flight, based on the Cusco airport’s policies recommendation. However, we are not responsible for service delays caused by circumstances out of our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, heavy traffic, major accidents and traffic-disrupting events. If you feel you missed your flight because of our service, submit receipts for costs you incurred within 30 days to reservations@cuscoairportshuttle.com . Upon management review and validation, we will issue a refund of our service fee and up to $100 per reservation. We build our trips in advance to ensure we get you to the airport on time, so it’s important to book in advance! If you book your trip within 24 hours of your pick-up time, our missed flight refund policy does not apply.
Where can I find you at Cusco Airport when I arrive?
Our representatives will be outside the landing area waving our company’s sign with your name on it, just approach and they will take care of you.
If I’m late for my private shuttle, do you charge me extra?
We extend a 14-minute grace period if you are late for your private service. After 15 minutes, you will be billed $5 for every 15 minutes the driver/chauffeur waits.
Do you provide transportation services to other locations in Cusco?
Yes, Cusco Airport Shuttle offers transfers to major locations in the area of Cusco including Poroy train station, Pisac town and ruins, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo.
